Position Overview:
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the financial operations function, assist with financial analysis and reporting, and strategic decision-making. You will collaborate closely with other departments to ensure the efficient financial management of the organisation. The ideal candidate will have experience in finance, strong analytical skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day financial transactions and ensure accurate record-keeping
• Full function accounts receivable and collections
• Billing, receipting, and allocation of payments
• Monitor the Purchase Order processes, and following up with vendors
• Support month-end closing and reconciliations
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and company policies.
• Assist with audits and liaise with external auditors
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to the management team
• Maintain financial systems and processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• Excellent analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.
