Before joining P2P, Ayesha has accumulated over 10 years of experience in the field of Recruitment. This includes a brief period of employment overseas before relocating to Australia. Ayesha has held diverse roles in both agency and internal recruitment settings, catering to both blue-collar and white-collar sectors. Her responsibilities have encompassed hiring for temporary, casual, contract, and full-time positions.
