We are continually offering career development opportunities to our team. Frog Recruitment's objectives changed in 2020 to focus on developing our teams and expanding our knowledge of the Australasian market. Our
on-boarding programme includes virtual live training with managers and senior consultants, to ensure new hires upskill and experience multiple ways to approach recruitment.
We compliment our on-boarding with:
- Learning programme Recruitment Juice, relevant for all, with “levels” of difficulty
- Weekly webinars
- In-house mentoring and buddy programmes
- Programme with live training with senior management
- 12-15 weekly learning sessions

As a result of our training and development:
- 3 consultants became RCSA Rising Stars (2020, 2021, 2022)
- Additionally, 1 consultant was a 2023 finalist.
- These recruiters had no previous recruitment experience prior to people2people.
In 2022, people2people's Melbourne Managing Director Erin Devlin, won the RCSA Australia and New Zealand Industry Leader Award.
