Cornerstones of our organisation
We are an equal opportunities employer and have policies, procedures and relationships in place to promote our understanding of all forms of diversity. In 2021, we formed employee-led groups to promote DEI, CSR, wellbeing, and IT, with wellbeing surveys to identify key areas needing support.
Internally over the last few years, we also implemented:
- Acknowledgement of Country to our website and any Live events, including our weekly company-wide meeting
- Processes to assess candidate diversity to ensure we promote DEI to our customers
- Diversity statement to all our job ads
- Celebration of the uniqueness of our people with the spotlight on one employee every week

2023 Diversity and Inclusion Event
In 2022, 51% of job seekers mentioned Diversity and Inclusion as a pivotal factor in their job search. To position themselves for success in 2023 and to increase their chances of hiring top performers, organisations need to place diversity and inclusion at the heart of their recruitment processes.
In early 2023, our New South Wales team hosted an in-person seminar as part of people2people's Workplace and Culture Events, featuring the renowned Australian Diversity and Inclusion advocate, Bridie McKim. Through her personal experiences, Bridie provided a fantastic insight into the language of disability, addressing biases, dispelling myths, and challenging stereotypes surrounding disability, and offering guidance on fostering greater inclusivity.
