Vikki’s “behind the scenes” interaction is a vital ingredient to our whole operation. With a background in the recruitment industry and 19 years at Frog in her back pocket, there isn’t much Vikki doesn’t know about Frog Recruitment, the industry, finance, legislation, payroll, new system implementation, lean methodology, customer-centric thinking, new technology introduction, managing virtual teams and human resources. It’s fair to say hers is a very diverse role! As a collector of information and possessing a genuinely warm nature, Vikki is the natural “go to” for internal and external customers and her team get a genuine buzz from keeping the engine running smoothly. It’s a team effort here and this team is integral to our success.
