About Catherine Kennedy

Catherine has close to two decades of experience in the Sydney recruitment market. Joining the sector in the early 2000’s, Catherine has held a range of leadership positions with the people2people group, and is now the Managing Director of people2people NSW, leading the groups largest team of specialist recruiters and HR professionals across the state.

Catherine regularly provides labour market commentary in the media and brings broad experience across many changing economic cycles. She holds a Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management and is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and the Recruitment Consulting & Staffing Association. A permanent recruitment specialist, Catherine has expertise recruiting senior roles across the Sales and Marketing and Human Resources sectors and has an extensive network in Sydney.
