With a growing body of research into psychological safety and recent legislation to address psychosocial workplace risk, we are now living in an era where psychological safety is just as importance as physical safety in any workplace.

Join us as we delve into this interesting conversation with culture strategist Karlie Webster, who will deliver a masterclass for HR leaders in Sydney on psychological safety. Understand the neuroscience of leadership and how it impacts psychological safety, learn how to recognise where a team is safe (and when it may not be), and know what strategies you should be focusing on to sustain psychological safety into the future.

This will be a safe and fluid space for you to ask questions, get tailored feedback and walk away with tangible ways of building psychological safety in the workplace.
