The Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join the team of a major retailer located in Erskine Park for a contract up to 6 months with possible extension. If you have experience in high-volume accounts payable processing, proficiency in SAP S/4HANA, and exposure to Ariba and Purchase Order Management, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Process high-volume invoices efficiently and accurately.
• Manage accounts payable tasks, ensuring timely payment processing.
• Utilise SAP S/4HANA and Ariba systems for invoice processing and reconciliation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any discrepancies.
• Oversee Purchase Order Management to ensure smooth operations.

About you:

• Proven experience in Accounts Payable with a high-volume workload.
• Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA and Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) 
• Strong understanding of Purchase Order Management.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Experience with Ariba desirable but not essential
