We are partnering with a growing New Zealand property investment and management firm handling a diverse portfolio of 25+ commercial, industrial, and retail properties with 120+ tenants. The property investment business is part of a larger group of companies with operations in New Zealand, Australia and North America. As the business expands, they are seeking an Assistant Property Manager to help manage day-to-day operations and property administration.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-growing company where you’ll be involved in everything from lease renewals and rent reviews to coordinating property maintenance and financial reconciliations. You’ll liaise with tenants, contractors, and real estate agents while supporting long-term growth and market research into new investment opportunities.

Ngā pūkenga me ngā wheako | Skills and Experience

• Solid administration and coordination experience required
• Strong negotiation and communication skills for liaising with tenants and contractors
• Ability to manage lease agreements, OpEx reconciliations, and rent arrears
• Familiarity with commercial, industrial, or retail leasing will be an advantage
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Valid driver’s licence (company cars available for site visits)

• Competitive salary: $65000 - $75000 (based on experience)
