This is not a role for the faint-hearted—it’s for a driven Sales Representative or Business Development Manager ready to seize the opportunity to grow and thrive in a competitive market. You’ll work closely with leadership to develop new business, build client relationships, and drive sales growth in ocean freight.

This role is ideal for someone from a domestic transport sales background looking to break into international freight forwarding. You’ll benefit from mentorship and training, giving you a fast-tracked entry into global logistics while leveraging your existing client relationships.

• High-energy sales drive – you’re proactive and resilient in a fast-paced environment
• Proven business development experience, ideally in transport/logistics
• Strong relationship-building skills – ability to develop and maintain key accounts
• Ability to adapt and learn – previous international freight experience is not essential
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
