Client Services Officer
About our client:
People2people have partnered with an integrated business services and personal wealth advisory firm providing innovative solutions to their clients. This role will be permanent full-time, based at the firm's office located on the Parade in Norwood, SA.
The firm prides themselves on enhancing their clients business success and personal wealth through proactive service and ongoing advice, always striving to be the advisor of choice to their clients by delivering excellent service.
Previous experience in a financial services firm or similar is highly desired.
About you:
- Previous administration experience is desired
- Team player with a sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
- Professional, positive and proactive work ethic, with the ability to take initiative
- High level of attention to detail and well organised
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent computer skills with experience using Microsoft Office programs
- Assist client workflow
- Assist with the setup of new companies/trusts
- Assist with client onboarding
- Maintenance of ASIC database, including managing ASIC fees
- General administration duties, including answering the phone, scanning, preparation of letters, following up debtors and ATO tasks
