Client Services Officer

You will also assist with banking system maintenance, transactional operations and compliance tasks..

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Services:
  • Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries, including account opening, maintenance, and transactional support.
  • Provide technical assistance for online banking.
  • Resolve client concerns or escalate to the Manager as needed.
• Banking Operations:
  • Process a range of banking transactions and perform system maintenance.
  • Complete daily reconciliations and batch processing activities.
  • Maintain and update records for accounts, loans and other financial products.
• Compliance & Risk Management:
  • Adhere to banking regulations and internal policies.
  • Ensure confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive client information.

• Experience in banking or credit union operations, with a focus on transactional banking.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in banking systems, databases, and Microsoft Office.
• Attention to detail and a proactive, service-oriented mindset.
• National Police Clearance.
