The Position
Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager – Upper Extremities, as a Clinical Consultan t you will make a difference during critical moments in healthcare. In this fast-paced role within the operating theatre environment, you’ll work closely with surgeons and hospital staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical and clinical expertise to internal and external stakeholders
- Attend surgeries, assisting surgeons and staff with Stryker products
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and professional skills
- Deliver in-service training and support Territory Managers

Stryker values professionals from diverse backgrounds, including nursing, physiotherapy, biomedical engineering, and science.
- Experience in a clinical setting, anatomical knowledge, and familiarity with operating theatres are advantageous (but not required)
- Strong communication skills and a passion for positive patient outcomes
- Solid computer literacy, understanding of safe work practices, and excellent interpersonal skills
