Conveyancing Fee Earner

Based in Stow-on-the-Wold, we currently have an opportunity for an Conveyancer/Solicitor to join the busy team based. With excellent ongoing professional development and the opportunity to work in an established, collaborative team this is a fantastic opportunity.
 

About the Role 

• Have experience managing a high volume of cases
• Experienced managing a caseload of residential property matters from inception through to conclusion; including, sales & purchase, re-mortgage, transfers of equity, new build, right to buy, retirement, shared ownership schemes and lease extensions.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and professional standards.
• Liaise effectively with clients, estate agents, and other legal professionals to provide clear and timely advice.

• You will have a relevant qualification (Solicitor, CILEx, CLC)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with conveyancing case management systems and relevant software.
• Be comfortable networking and driving business development.
• Up-to-date knowledge of property law and regulations in the UK.
