Customer Service Representative

Situated at the national head office in Macquarie Park, this renowned brand seeks a full-time customer service representative. If you have a passion for animals and are comfortable in a pet-friendly office, this role may be for you!

We're looking for a dedicated customer service professional to join our team. Whether your experience is in Hospitality, Retail, or Call-Center customer service, apply to be part of a growing national brand and develop your Customer Service career.

Role:
Deliver excellent customer service via messenger, social media, phone, email, and live chat.
Address customer cases from the website using our system.
Resolve order processing issues for customers.
Perform accurate data entry for orders and customer details.

Qualifications:
Previous customer service or client-facing experience preferred.
Strong attention to detail and data entry skills.
Quick learner of new systems.
Passion for animals is a plus.
