About the Role
As an Inbound Team Lead, you will manage and oversee inbound operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and compliance with company standards. You will lead a team responsible for unloading, sorting, quality checks, and inventory management while optimizing workflows to support seamless logistics operations.
Your roles and responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Lead, manage, and organise inbound teams to maximise productivity.
• Oversee inbound processes, including unloading, cross-docking, online returns, and quality sample checks.
• Ensure efficient and cost-effective operations aligned with sustainability standards.
• Monitor planned inbound quantities and ensure correct storage of products.
• Conduct inventory counts to maintain stock accuracy.
• Utilise warehouse management systems to oversee end-to-end product flow and daily operations.
• Identify risks and operational issues, working closely with Controlling and Import/Export teams to resolve them.
• Provide accurate reporting to ensure smooth daily operations.

About The Role:
To be successful in this position, you will have:

• Strong experience in DC inbound operations and team leadership.
• Hands-on approach with the ability to manage workflows and resolve issues effectively.
• Deep understanding of inbound logistics, and warehouse management systems.
• Knowledge of inbound operational standards and best practices.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills to manage teams and collaborate cross-functionally.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to drive improvements.
• Strong leadership skills and people management skills.
• Previous experience of 3-5 years in a similar role.
• Experience in KPI performance tracking ad understanding.
