Digital Content Specialist
About the role:
Samsung Electronics Australia is seeking a Digital Content Creator to join our Customer Service team. The successful candidate will have experience in creating digital content of varying formats and publishing these contents to our Support website. You will work closely with various departments such as Technical Support, Training, Head Office and Regional Head Office, to ideate, create, publish, and measure performance of content and customer engagement. This position requires strong creativity, curiosity, attention to detail, and exceptional communication abilities.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Create self-service content for consumers in various formats, such as text, image, and video.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to identify gaps in self-service consumer-facing support pages and create content plans to address all causes.
- Respond to internal customer requests for updates to the website
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to content performance and consumer engagement and provide regular updates to management.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies in digital content creation.
- Support larger projects as requested by senior management such as Retail Digital creative designs.
- Work with HQ to implement CX improvements to the Support website to enhance the overall customer journey to reaching a resolution
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in content creation, preferably in a customer service environment.
- Advanced proficiency in visual design, photo and video editing.
