Education Coordinator

 Based in Macquarie Park
- Up to $40 per hour + super
- 6 months temp with a view to extend


Join this leader in the education space as a Education Coordinator. Operating for more than 20 years, this well established educational organisation is experiencing a significant amount of growth.

Reporting to the manager, your role will be to support the administrative function for the Education Workshops. Based in Macquarie Park, this role will be for 6 months with a view to potentially extend and will require 5 days in office.

Your day to day responsibilities will include:

- End to end management of education workshops from initial enquiry to post evaluation
- Manage customer inquiries, providing accurate and relevant advice.
- Maintain customer records and respond to customer inquiries.
- Process and manage any certifications, documents and enrolments relevant to participants.
- Adding Professional Development events to the website and to the e-Learning platform
- General ad hoc offices duties as requested.

To Be Successful:

- Strong communication skill both written and verbal
- High attention to detail
- Experience with multiple IT/ CRM platforms is highly desirable but not essential
- Ability to be in office 5 days a week
- Natural organiser
