Family Solicitor (3-5 +PQE)

People2people are currently working with this well-established West Midlands firm who have several offices throughout the region. Based in South Birmingham we currently have an opportunity for an intermediate family law solicitor with between 3 and 5 years’ PQE. With excellent ongoing professional development and the opportunity to work in an established, collaborative team this is a fantastic opportunity.

About the Role: 

• Experience providing advice to individuals and families on a range of family law matters
• Ability to run and manage your own caseload effectively
• Knowledge of Private Law Children Matters, Divorce, Financial Settlements, Pre and Post nuptial Agreements and Cohabitee disputes
• Provide clear, empathetic, and practical legal advice tailored to each client’s unique situation.
• Handle a varied caseload including divorce, financial settlements, child arrangements, cohabitation agreements, and pre/post-nuptial agreements.

• Ability to take new instructions and converting new inquiries
• Qualified Solicitor with 3-5 years of PQE in family law.
• Comfortable networking and growing your client base
• Have a good academic record and solid family law knowledge
• Commercially driven with excellent communication skills.
• Excellent advocacy, negotiation, and client care skills.
