What You’ll Be Doing

As a Trade Partnerships Executive, you’ll be at the heart of the sales team, learning the ropes and making an impact from day one. Your role will involve:
  • Outbound sales & lead generation – identifying and reaching out to potential trade customers (interior designers, architects, developers, etc.)
  • Building relationships – connecting with clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions
  • Smashing sales targets – driving revenue growth and expanding our reach
  • Pipeline management – keeping track of leads, follow-ups, and conversions
  • Personal & professional development – continuous learning from experienced sales pros
What skills are needed?

You don’t need experience, but you do need:

A hunger to grow & hit targets – you’re ambitious and thrive on success
A humble attitude – eager to learn, take feedback, and develop
Natural smarts – quick thinker, problem solver, and great communicator
Energy & resilience – sales can be tough, but you’re tougher
A love for interiors & design – a bonus, but not essential
