Interim Finance Manager
A fantastic success story for this Brisbane Head Office that has seen the business grow from strength to strength in recent years. As Interim Finance Manager you will oversee the team of five and drive Financial and Statutory reporting for 12 entities in this Mining Services Business, based in CBD.
The Role
Reporting to the CFO the responsibilities of the role will include,
- Overseeing transactional accounting, accounts payable, payroll and two Accountants
- Statutory reporting and compliance, Board reporting
- Ensure accuracy of month end processing, review balance sheet rec's
- Prepare consolidated P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash flow statements
- Payroll tax and BAS preparation and lodgement for 12 entities
- Lead consolidated reporting, ensuring timely preparation of financial statements
- Develop and mange budgeting and forecasting
- Stake holder management and engagement
The successful applicant will have/be,
- CA or CPA qualified with Audit or Business Services background
- Experienced leading in multi entity operations
- Commercial experience in in Finance Manager role
- Ability to led and mentor teams
- A professional and positive team focused approach
- Able to commence at short notice and commit to the assignment
- Growing Mining Services business
- Diverse and busy role
- Commence ASAP, through to end of Feb 2025
- CBD location, 5 days in office
