Lawyer

THE FIRM:
This boutique Commercial law firm is located in the heart of the Sydney CBD. This firm prides itself on having a warm working environment with a close knit company culture.

THE ROLE:
This temporary Lawyer position is available immediately and would see you carrying out some of the following on a day to day basis:
-Drafting and negotiating contracts
-Advising on transactions
-Drafting legal documents
-Legal research
-Litigation in Insolvency matters
-General administrative duties

ABOUT YOU:
This position requires the following qualifications and competencies:
-3-5 years PQE across the practice areas of Commercial and Insolvency
-A current NSW Practising Certificate
-Excellent attention to detail
-The ability to take initiative and work as a member of a team
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
