The Firm
Our client is a global law firm with a reputation of excellence who are currently seeking a Legal Assistant to join a their Litigation team. Situated in the heart of the Perth CBD, they are surrounded by the best food and coffee options!
The Role
As a Legal Assistant your role will be working alongside a team of legal assistants, fee earners and 3 partners with the following duties:
- Document production: drafting, amending and proof reading documents
- File management: opening and closing files
- Financials: billing/WIP reports
- Diary management: maintaining lawyers diaries, time & travel management
- Liaising with clients: corresponding by phone and email with clients as to the whereabouts of their matters
To be considered for this opportunity you must have:
- Minimum 12 months experience as a Legal Assistant or secretary
- Excellent communication skills
- High level of attention to detail and professionalism
- Enthusiastic proactive individual with the ability to problem solve and use initiative
- Work for a global brand with a reputation of excellence in the legal space
