Legal Assistant
National law firm seeking an experienced legal assistant to assist two partners across Insurance Litigation. Friendly firm with no hierarchy and exceptional partners to work for!
The Firm

The Role
As a legal assistant you will be responsible for supporting two partners who specialise in Insurance Litigation and a wider team of fee earners.
Your day to day will include but are not limited to:
- Diary management and scheduling appointments
- Preparing and amending court documents
- Lodging court documents
- Processing billing and expense management
- Dictation
- Open & close files
- General administration as and when required
The Candidate
To be considered for this opportunity, you must have:
- Current experience working as a Legal Assistant/Legal Secretary
- Proven experience supporting across Insurance Litigation
- Exposure to Affinity would be highly regarded
- Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office skills
