The Firm
Join an Award-Winning National Law Firm. Our client, a nationally acclaimed law firm renowned for its vibrant culture and flexible work practices, is seeking an adept Legal Assistant to join their forward-thinking insurance team.
The Role
The role is full time and working closely with fee earners in their insurance team. Your position will be extremely busy and varied and will have you:
- Processing monthly billings
- Preparing and amending documents
- Filing and saving documents
- Diary management and organising meetings and room bookings
- Other legal assistant/legal secretary duties as required
The Candidate
To be considered for this opportunity, you must have:
- Experience as a legal assistant is essential
- Experience working in insurance is desirable
- Experience working in a high volume legal filed
- Ability to process monthly billing
- Hybrid working (two days work from home)
- Modern, open plan offices in the heart of the Perth, CBD.
