THE ROLE
This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to get into the legal industry, or a legal candidate wanting to join a global firm. This is a full time, permanent position providing EA/Legal support for up to four Lawyers including at Partner level. Your duties will include (but are not limited to):
- Liaison with clients, lawyers and colleagues;
- Diary management;
- Travel arrangements – Domestic and International;
- Typing, editing and proof reading of legal documents;
- Attend to telephone and email enquiries;
- Filing, including maintaining electronic files; and
- Billing and general administrative duties.
THE CANDIDATE
The successful candidate for this opportunity will have proven experience in an executive or personal assistant role within legal or professional services. You will also have:
- Excellent written and verbal communication;
- A can do attitude and willingness to chip in;
- Strong Microsoft Office skills; and
- High Attention to detail.
