THE FIRM
A well established and highly regarded law firm in Dandenong are seeking a Legal Assistant to join their plaintiff insurance team. You will enjoy a high value and varied caseload and will be joining a large team.
THE ROLE
You can expect to work within a insurance department where you can hit the ground running, contribute, and build on the firms wider success. You will enjoy exposure to complex files and to work alongside senior lawyers.
- General administrative duties including document preparation, photocopying, and drafting.
- Preparation of court documents.
- Client contact
- Liaising with third parties such as medical experts and barristers
- File management of electronic files.
To be considered for the role, you must have experience within plaintiff insurance, have a high level of attention to detail and the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks while maintaining quality.
- A minimum of 2 years working within plaintiff insurance
- Full time preferred
- Have unrestricted working rights
