Licensed Conveyancer

With a strong team focused on creativity and productivity. This firm is looking for a individual focused on development to join their conveyancing team.

THE ROLE
As a licensed conveyancer your duties and responsibilities will include:
- Managing conveyancing transactions from start to finish, including contracts, reviews, and exchanges.
- Preparing contracts for sale and post-exchange documentation.
- Handling settlements and lodgments through PEXA.
- Managing deposits, trust accounting, and important dates.
- Advising clients on legal requirements and changes.
- Coordinating with mortgage lenders, developers, and other parties.
- Ensuring timely transfer of ownership and completion of contracts.
- Communicating with clients and keeping them updated.
- Reporting to developers, financiers, and stakeholders.
- Performing other duties as needed to support the process.

ABOUT YOU
To be considered a suitable candidate you must have:
- Minimum 5 years conveyancing experience gained through managing your own files
- Experience working with high volume settlements
- Great organisational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities and time constraints practically and effectively
- The ability to build rapport with clients
- Pro-active in progressing matters to completion
