Life Sciences IP - Associate / Senior Associate

Join a global law firm in their dynamic Life Sciences IP team and be part of an innovative firm with a focus on helping clients overcome complex problems and achieve extraordinary results. This well renowned firm is seeking an Life Sciences IP - Associate / Senior Associate) to come on board.

Responsibilities:
-Draft, review and advise on a wide range of complex IP agreements
-Experienced across biopharma partnering arrangements and other commercial contracts in the life science and healthcare sectors.
-Collaborate with stakeholders on a variety of IP related issues, build on client's growth and on patient outcomes
-You will be immersed in an exciting, face-pace environment

About you:
- A qualified solicitor with 2-6 PQE and relevant legal experience
-Prior experience in a well-regarded life sciences team, advising a range of clients within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology and/or medtech industries
- Good listening and written communication skills.
- Experienced in Life-science and healthcare related sectors is highly desirable
