Management Accountant

About the role:  
The Management Accountant Manager is responsible for managing the team and overseeing the accounting operations and financial reporting related to marketing activities within the organization. The successful candidate will possess strong communication skills with confidence to liaise and guide stakeholders to ensure both company, stakeholders and external customers are adhering to internal governance ensuring all compliance and control measures are satisfied. 

Duties and Responsibilities:  

• Reporting to and working closely with the Director of FPNA, the Marketing Management Accountant will lead a team which will provide stakeholders with Marketing Budgetary control, Planning and Analysis and settlement of Marketing Expenses. 
• Responsible for managing Planning and forecasting, Actual management and provide variance analysis
• Providing a clear understanding and view Marketing Investments (TIM) 
• Champion Marketing process and provide training and ongoing support to internal stakeholders
• Lead team of 3 to develop internal Risk Management functions within the areas of Marketing investments
• Manage BPO process and work with Shared Services team based abroad

•  8+  years of experience working in Management Accounting
• Demonstrated experience managing a team
• Exposure to managing service providers (e.g. BPO)
