Marketing Specialist

About the role:  
The Service Marketing Specialist will be responsible for creating and implementing service marketing strategies and execute plan into market. Also this role requires the development of consumer engagement strategies to grow service revenue, enhance consumer engagement and improve on NPS scores. This function plays an integral part to building brand awareness, product promotion, retention and acquisition of existing and new customers.

Duties and Responsibilities:  

• Conduct market research and analysis around consumer requirements, habits and trends
• Plan and execute service initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels (social, media, SMS, email, etc)
• Gather and analyse marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc) to help create and shape future service marketing strategies
• Work across internal teams to ensure consistent communications, promotions, offers, content are aligned across all channels
• Collaborate with external vendors to support and ensure the execution of service marketing plan through promotional events and campaigns
• Create and distribute weekly/monthly reports on critical metrics as well as establish consistent cadences
• Engage with service partners and other key stakeholders to ensure support with the execution of strategic marketing plans
• Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns

• BSc/BA in marketing, communications or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years experience as marketing specialist or similar role
