Part time role - 3 or 4 days

With a well-regarded reputation for servicing the local areas across a full range of areas of law, this boutique firm are looking for a part time legal accounts officer to join their team in Scoresby.

The role can be 3 or 4 days, and specific hours can be mutually agreed. The firm are also open to the successful candidate working shorter hours across more days.

Working within the tight knit team you will be responsible for AP, AR, Trust Accounting, Payroll, and Superannuation.  You will not be responsible for GST, BAS Statements, or Tax as there is an external person who handles those aspects.

The systems used by the firm are Smokeball and MYOB, experience with these systems is highly beneficial.

The successful candidate needs to know and understand the Law Institute and LSBC requirements in Trust Accounting.
