Payroll Specialist

Based on the North Shore my client is an international manufacturing organisation who is looking to revamp their current payroll process with a full systems implementation and upgrade. This role will be an FTC to start ASAP until December 2025 and will see you take charge of the project; a real cv builder!

You will have limited focus on processing however initially you will handle the NZ payroll which will be end-to-end for less than 20 people. Your focus is to partner the HR department with a move from internally processing ANZ payroll (Preceda) to an outsourced model using ADP while integrating with Workday.

The essentials we need are experience processing NZ payroll but more importantly proven experience going through an end-to-end implementation with you leading/heavily involved in the progress. My client would love someone who has experience with Preceda, ADP and Workday and can really business partner to help lead the project.

Hybrid working environment but presence in the office initially will be required to meet and speak with the internal stakeholders.
