About the Role
This company is seeking a People & Culture Business Partner on a part time basis (3 days per week) to lead the P&C function and contribute to a high-performing and engaged workforce. In this newly created role you will report to the CFO, developing and implementing best-practice people frameworks across the entire employee lifecycle while ensuring compliance and fostering a positive workplace culture. This role offers exposure to a variety of P&C responsibilities, including:
Culture Building & Employee Engagement:
Supporting leaders in fostering an engaged and high-performing workforce.
Implementing strategies that enhance employee experience and retention.
Performance Management:
Developing performance programs that support employee development and leadership growth.
Providing coaching and guidance on career development, performance management, and disciplinary matters.
Talent Acquisition:
Overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process and supporting leaders in implementing best practice hiring strategies.
Work Health & Safety (WHS):
Leading the WHS framework to ensure compliance and cultivate a strong safety culture.
Employee & Industrial Relations:
Serving as the first point of contact for inquiries and providing high-quality guidance on employment regulations.
Maintaining an in-depth understanding of legislation to ensure compliance.
HR Operations & Reporting:
Managing HR-related expenditures within budget parameters.
Analysing HR data to identify trends and drive improvements.
Key Qualifications and Attributes
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
A degree qualification in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
Experience in HR operations, talent management, and learning & development.
Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
Exposure to Awards and Enterprise Agreements
A hands on approach with experience in a stand alone role previously
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively across all levels of the organisation.
A proactive and adaptable mindset, with resilience in a fast-paced environment.
