The Role:
An exciting opportunity is available for a motivated and enthusiastic Reporting and Compliance Officer to join the firms Business Development team, working closely with our Partner, Markets, and our Client Reporting/Systems Manager. You will be part of a fast-paced, collaborative team, liaising with our Partners and lawyers on client-focused initiatives.
Responsibilities include:
- Coordinating, responding and assessing the firm's ability to comply with client onboarding forms, questionnaires, and new terms and conditions.
- Coordinating and responding to information security and risk-related client questionnaires and audits in conjunction with the Chief Operating Officer and Partner, Markets.
- Maintaining and monitoring the firms own third-party supplier contracts and any new legislative obligations requiring supervision.
- Issuing and reviewing the firms own third-party supplier questionnaires, including those relating to modern slavery.
- Assisting the National Resolution, Recoveries & Disputes team in managing policy and procedures, responding to audits, and proactively managing tier 2 suppliers.
- Monitoring the firm’s compliance with policies and contractual commitments.
- Maintaining a policy database and tracking annual reviews.

- The ability to build relationships across all levels of the business.
