Sales Administrator
Our client, Samsung, is a globally renowned leader in the electronics industry. This role offers a hybrid arrangement, with 4 days in the office
and 1 day working from home.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Liaise with Product Managers and Account Managers to ensure all Promotion Estimation is in line with planned objectives and guidelines of the company
- Verify Incentives and ensure the estimates are prepared by checking the required data.
- Liaise with Product Managers and Account Managers to assist the sell thru programs and communicate effectively with internal and external customers
- Review, Analyse and approve Sales Incentive related promotions, invoices and claims from Samsung Business Partners. Sales Promotions include Rebate; Sell Out & Sell Through Incentives, Price Protection and Adjustment of Price.
- Assist Internal and External stakeholders with any queries relating to invoicing, claims, processes, accruals
- Diploma / Degree level preferable with 2 years of relevant experience
