SAP Hybris - Business System Analyst
About the role:
Our client Samsung Electronics Australia is looking for a Business Systems Analyst
specializing in SAP Hybris
to join their team. This position will be based at the Sydney Olympic Park Office working on a 4 days in office and 1 day WFH set up.
This role will assist the e-commerce teams in system planning and technical support to our online sales & marketing team and other operations. Delivering and managing large, complex full life-cycle initiatives and projects for our online business and operations, and to ensure that projects are delivered on time and meet the expected project outcomes.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide production Support on Hybris related queries, monitoring, working with internal and external operation teams to ensure order to billing process meeting KPI's
- Provide advanced configurations in Hybris Back-office and explores different options on the settings to meet business requirements
- Working closely with HQ/RHQ to support Global/Local initiatives and projects
- Documents requirements of use cases, customer journeys, process maps and functional specifications to stakeholders
- Provides insightful data analysis and technical expertise for system integrations
- Support all TESTs with relevant IT teams, external vendors and UAT with internal business end users
- Act as a bridge between business units and IT developers by producing high quality functional specifications
About YOU:
- Strong data analytical, oral communication, business writing skills
- At least 1-3 years of experience in a similar role as systems analyst in SAP SD&LE modules with eCommerce process
- Skills using MS office (Excel, Power Point and MS word)
- Experince with SAP Power user in SD&LE modules or functional knowledge
- Experience with SAP interface with legacy experience including Hybris, EDI etc.
- Good communication skills with the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels
- A team player with the ability to work under pressure
