Team Leader
- We’re looking for an experienced Warehouse Team Leaders to lead our dynamic team in a fast-paced 3PL environment. If you’re a motivated leader with a passion for operational excellence, we want you to be a part of our growing business.
- Lead and motivate a team of warehouse associates to achieve daily productivity goals
- Ensure accurate and efficient order picking, packing, and shipping processes
- Oversee inventory management and assist in stock control
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment
- Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and service quality
- Proven leadership experience in warehouse operations or logistics (3PL preferred)
- Strong understanding of warehouse systems, processes, and safety standards
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
- Hands-on experience with inventory management and team development
