Our office dogs at Works are not your average coworkers – they're the true ""pawfessionals"", creating an environment that exudes joy, positivity, and a strong sense of community. As a coworking space, we prioritize the well-being of our members, and the presence of our furry pals plays a crucial role in achieving that. Each day, as our dogs trot through the office doors, they bring an instant smile to everyone's faces. With their wagging tails and slobbery kisses, they bring an extra dose of hilarity and happiness to our daily grind that not only brighten our spirits but also serve as stress-relievers during hectic workdays. Their presence provides a much-needed respite, helping us recharge and refocus on what we do best!

Our annual dog award, celebrating the Best Office Doggo, exemplifies the strong bond between our members and their pets. This tradition now 4 years running fosters a deeper sense of camaraderie and encourages friendly competition, bringing us all closer together. Beyond the social aspects, our dog-friendly culture also promotes a healthier work-life balance. Taking short breaks to pet, play, or simply spend time with our salty dogs and milly mutts positively impacts our mental well-being, reduces stress levels, and enhances productivity.

Moreover, the stories of rescued dogs in our spaces remind us of the significance of second chances and compassion. Our workspace has become a safe haven for these dogs, and in return, they teach us the value of empathy and care. Our office dogs are not just pets; they are integral members of our Works family. Their kisses, unwavering loyalty, and heartwarming stories make us better individuals, fostering an inclusive and nurturing environment that positively impacts each and every one of us, day in and day out!

Four-legged support can be shown in multiple ways and furry forms in the workplace, and this award celebrates a supreme dog that supports their people to do their best mahi. We are looking for a top office dog with tail wags, affectionate licks, playful walks and that special presence that boosts their owner and co-worker’s mental health while contributing to a positive work culture. They may be a work from home dog, an office dog – or a hybrid pooch!
