About our speaker

Sophia joined Frog Recruitment in May of 2022 as a Sourcing Specialist for our Wellington team. Sophia has a Bachelor of Arts majoring in Psychology and Sociology from Victoria University. After graduating, Sophia worked as a Student and Whanau Support Advisor at Te Aho o Te Kura Pounamu with the Ministry of Education. Eventually, Sophia decided she wanted to pursue a career in recruitment and was able to transition into the industry easily, having prior experience in Government and hospitality. She’s hit the ground running with Frog and is excited to be able to develop and continue to grow her career with the goal of becoming a consultant.
